When you contact us by email or phone, we will only use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry. We may keep your details in our contact list for this purpose. This is managed via Google’s G Suite.
We won’t store your details in a mailing list or database unless you have asked us to send you news.
We use a third party service (Mailchimp) to administer our mailing lists.
Your data is stored securely with the above services. We won’t share your personal information with any other third parties.
Viewing, amending or deleting your information
At the bottom of our newsletters, there are links allowing you to view and amend your details or unsubscribe from our list.
If you unsubscribe from our mailing list, your details may be retained to ensure that you are excluded from future mailings.
If you would like us to send you the details we hold on you or delete your details completely, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
We will endeavour to respond within one month of your request.
