BODY MIND BREATH PRACTICES FOR THE MENOPAUSE
New Program beginning in the Spring
VENUE: DULVERTON TBC
Come to spend time with other women in the local community who are at your stage in life and experiencing the powerful and ever changing effects on the Mind and Body of peri-menopause, menopause or post-menopause.
We will meet to move the body through Yoga, stabilise the mind through Meditation and open the Breath through Pranayama practices. All the practices are deeply restorative, designed to support you during this time of significant change in your life.
There will be time after our practice to talk over tea, time to share our knowledge, wisdom and creativity with each other-this is optional.
