YOGA BREATHWORK MEDITATION
STARTING THURSDAY JANUARY 10TH AND SATURDAY JANUARY 12TH

Vanessa teaches a breath-led Yoga practice with emphasis on alignment and embodied awareness. Steady instruction leads you through the movement and forms of physical Yoga, interspersed with natural pause points to experience states of stillness and presence in the Body, Mind and Breath.
She has trained with leading Yoga teachers Bridget Woods Kramer, Anna Ashby and Sianna Sherman. Studied Pranayama breath-work with Ananda Leonie in Bali and has received Buddhist meditation instruction and teachings over many years in the East and the West. She fuses these Mind, Body, Breath teachings into her own unique style.
Vanessa is Yoga Alliance registered and has been practising yoga, breath-work and meditation since 2000.
THURSDAY EVENING 6.30-7.45pm January 10th,17th, 24th and 31st, February 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th, March 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th.
SATURDAY MORNING 10-11.15am January 12th, 19th, 26th, February 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd, March 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th.
