YOGA BREATHWORK MEDITATION
VENUE: Fishers Mead Community Hall, next to the Dr’s surgery, DULVERTON (FREE PARKING AVAILABLE)
Vanessa teaches a breath-led Yoga practice with emphasis on alignment and embodied awareness. Steady instruction leads you through the movement and forms of physical Yoga, interspersed with natural pause points to experience states of stillness and presence in the Body, Mind and Breath.
She has trained with leading Yoga teachers Bridget Woods Kramer, Anna Ashby and Sianna Sherman. Studied Pranayama breath-work with Ananda Leonie in Bali and has received Buddhist meditation instruction and teachings over many years in the East and the West. She fuses these Mind, Body, Breath teachings into her own unique style.
Vanessa is Yoga Alliance registered and has been practising yoga, breath-work and meditation since 2000.
THURSDAY EVENING 6.30-7.45pm April 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th, May 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th.
SATURDAY MORNING 10-11.15am April 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th, May 4th, 11th and 25th.
From June 1st classes will be held at a dedicated yoga and treatment studio in the heart of Dulverton, more information will be published when the space is up and running.
