Rivers and rivers roll through my tear ducts and waves and waves roll through my heart and storms and storms rage through my mind.
In many modern families the Easter Bunny is a welcome visitor, but did you know his origins as a symbol for the new season have been around for centuries. Easter Bunny’s ancestors can be found in pre-christian folk law. Along with eggs, rabbits have come to be symbols of fertility on many cultures and an obvious choice for welcoming spring. Traditions around the Easter Bunny vary from country to country but usually involve him depositing a stash of chocolates in a basket or hiding them throughout the house and garden. The sweet toothed rabbits we know today are thought to have first appeared in Germany along with the brilliant notion of creating rabbits out of chocolate.
‘Your path is not to seek for LOVE but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you built against it.’

As a response to violation and injustice, anger is a fiery moral passion that impels us to act in the protection of one’s life or integrity. It is an honourable emotion so long as we don’t use it as a fuel for hatred and violence.
If we exlpore anger as a by-product of aborted grief, fear or despair; denied and suppressed the energies of these softer emotions are easily coverted to, and masked by, the harder emotions of anger and rage.

Impermanence is a GIFT teaching us to live in the unfolding moment to moment reality of the pesent.

Imagine if you TRUSTED in the face of all phenomena.
It is important to be aware of the state of our minds, aware of our pedal and spin into endless distraction, only to find our life has passed us by.
The practice of awareness is to continually bring ourselves back to the totality and beauty of now and live now, right here in the present moment.
‘Don’t be like the pigeon in the tibetan proverb, he spends all night fussing about, making his bed, and dawn comes up before he has even had time to go to sleep.’
‘Human beings spend all their lives preparing, preparing, preparing … only to meet the next life unprepared.’
